Question 1

Can I add a personal message with Mixed Posy?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can add a personal message at checkout, and we make sure it goes out with your order.

Question 2

Are the flowers fresh and how long will they last?

Accepted Answer

Your flowers are conditioned and checked before they go out. With proper care — clean water topped up daily and a cool position out of direct sunlight — your bouquet should look beautiful for 5–7 days.

Question 3

Will my bouquet look exactly like the photograph?

Accepted Answer

Each arrangement is made to order, so flowers and foliage are matched to seasonal availability. Substitutions keep to the style, size and colour palette shown as closely as the season allows.

Question 4

Can I order this for same-day delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes — orders placed before 1pm are eligible for same-day delivery in selected areas. You can check your postcode and choose your delivery date and time slot at checkout.
